Crediting & Redemption Policy

Points will be credited to your account once full payment has been received from the client and, if applicable, the HRDC claim has been successfully released.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the points to be reflected in your account after payment and claim verification.
  • You will receive a notification once your points are successfully credited.
  • You can also check your point status anytime by logging into your portal.

To redeem your points, please complete the Point Redemption Form and ensure the following:

  • The form is duly filled with accurate details.
  • It is stamped with the company’s official chop.
  • It is signed by the HR Manager or authorized personnel of higher rank.
  • Submit the Point Redemption Form upon signing off the program confirmation.

Once completed, kindly submit the form to [Your Submission Email/Portal]. Our team will process your request, and you will receive a confirmation once the points are deducted from the system.

If the training program is cancelled outside of the agreed upon timeframe as per service terms & conditions, the points offsetting the program will not be refundable.
